Outstanding Achievement by ECC Students in 2-Day InnovationWorkshop: “Ignite to Innovate & From Idea to Impact”

Students from the Department of Electronics and Computer Science (ECC) actively participated in the 2-Day Innovation Workshop titled “Ignite to Innovate & From Idea to Impact”, held as part of the college’s innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. This experiential learning event aimed to nurture ideation, creative problem-solving, prototyping, and pitching skills among students by challenging them to develop impactful solutions to real-world issues in alignment with the vision of a Viksit Bharat.

ECC students showcased remarkable creativity, teamwork, and innovation throughout the workshop. We are proud to announce that all three top prizes were secured by ECC student groups, highlighting the department’s excellence in fostering innovation and applied learning.

1. 🥇 First Prize (₹3000) was awarded to the team led by Parvathy Rajan from First
   Semester ECC, for their solution on smart public transport and sustainability.

2. 🥇 Second Prize (₹2000) was won by Nickhil V A, Third Semester ECC, and his team for developing a smart waste management application with rewards and eco-conscious features.

3. 🥇 Third Prize (₹1000) was secured by Nakshatra, First Semester ECC, whose team presented an AI-powered road damage detection system for improved traffic safety.

The department commends the efforts and performance of all participating students and encourages others to take part in such transformative platforms that cultivate innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
